Refund Policy
30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your SpaceFold for any reason, we'll take it back and refund you in full.
How to start a return
Email us at support@spacefold.shop with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your order. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 2–3 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrived damaged or isn't working right, email us a photo at support@spacefold.shop. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost. You don't need to return the original.
Items not eligible for return
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund. If you're past the window but something went wrong with the product, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to help.
