Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $4.99 for single-pack orders.

Free shipping applies automatically to all 2-pack and 4-pack orders. No code needed.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary based on carrier volume, especially around holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Domestic shipping only

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on international shipping — if you're outside the US, email us at support@spacefold.shop and we'll let you know when it's available.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, email us at support@spacefold.shop with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make sure you get your order.
